Dear Vegan Food, you’re gross!

I tried it! I tried being healthy. I tried cutting out meat and dairy as a response to the toxic food industry, but I’ll say it, vegan food is a hoax, and most of it, is gross. It’s more expensive than normal food and costs more for cheap chemicals in a package with a vegan sticker on it.

Cauliflower does not taste like bread or meat, no matter how you season it or cook it, and your cheese taste like cheese flavored gum. It melts like it too!

Most of your packaged food is a combination of chemicals I cannot pronounce or has been processed to death in order to achieve the vegan label, and there are very little studies about what it does to the body.

Everytime I eat your nasty cheese or soy filled alternative, I gag, and I end up gaining weight.

And for all the vegan monsters who say I overeat, maybe it’s because your soy alternatives act like estrogen in the body. Excess estrogen causes you to gain weight. Google it!

I can get down with the whole foods diet and looking up how your food is farmed or sourced, and making sure your food doesn’t have a bunch of excess chemicals or is filled with cancer causing ingredients, but these fake foods that we are now eating as a response to the food industry, and trying to convince ourselves it is making us healthy, it’s not.

Before you go in a passionate uproar regarding your health and blindly list to someone because they have sex pack abs and practice yoga daily, do your research, talk to medical professionals, consult with a nutrition it before you add a different type of poison to your body, one that your body wasn’t built to digest.
